Matt's F-150
This truck was the first to be constructed here at S
& M Fabrication. Built in 2004, it is constructed
of all DOM tubing. It has king coils, bypasses, and
bumps stops at every corner. The front suspension is
the
prototype for our new f150 bolt on long travel kit that
has an all aluminum upper arm and a chromolly lower
arm and spindle. This kit has about 20 inches of usable
wheel travel and can run up to a 37 inch tire. The three
seats in the interior make for a comfortable ride for
the passengers, while under the protection of a full
roll cage. The rear is a cut and boxed frame with a
four link long travel kit. It has about 30 inches of
wheel travel. This beast also boasts a 44 gallon fuel
tank, four hid lights, 37inch bfg project tires, an
all aluminum dash, A/C, two ammo cans for tools and
a 150qt. cooler for those longer trips.

Jory's F-150
This project came to us about two months ago. We started
by gutting the cab and constructing a full roll cage
out of DOM tubing. We then turned our attention to the
rear where we added a full cut and boxed tube frame
and a four link long travel kit. This kit pulls about
33 inches of wheel travel, has two ammo cans, a 32 gallon
jaz fuel cell, aluminum race jack, cooler, and two full
size spare tires. He also intends to run our new F-150
bolt on long travel kit in the future featuring a J
arm. So look for the updates as
this daily driver turns to hard core off road machine.

JV's F-150
This truck is a work in progress built by my helper
and good friend Jason. We started by just doing a simple
cut and boxed framed bumper and then added the lights
to help him see at night. We then bolted up the fiberglass
front fenders by perrys fab and fiber to get him ready
for the long travel kit to come. Check the updates in
the next few months as we start the transformation of
this truck.
